Will Flowerday
Founder
In the middle of a career in Investment Banking Will began building his property portfolio in East London just after the financial crisis of 2008. He saw an opportunity with communal living and decided to focus on creating high quality spaces that young professionals would live in by choice rather than as a last resort. He oversees the purchase, development, reconfiguring and refurbishment of each property to meet the high standards of modern co-living.
In his spare time Will enjoys the entirely incompatible sports of whisky tasting and calisthenics. He’s spent the last few winters exploring South America and improving his Spanish skills.
Mustaqur Rahman
Property Manager
Mustaqur studied Economics at Goldsmiths, University of London. At Aboding, his goal is simple: to ensure that prospective tenants have a happy, smooth and seamless experience from their first enquiry, to viewings to moving in. Mustaqur looks after the process of lettings from start to finish. In addition to lettings Mustaqur is also involved in most of the day to day property management activities from helping to coordinate maintenance and cleaning to ensuring the heating system in the houses are optimsed for comfort. His current work also sees him assisting with acquiring new properties for Aboding.
Lily S
Property Manager
Lily joined the Aboding team in May 2017 having spent 6 years working for family offices across the globe focusing on property management and events.
At Aboding she works with Will F on all property renovations and design. Day to day she oversees all tenancy administration, book keeping and business management.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling and property porn; anything from early Georgian to 1960s Brutalism. Weather allowing she is always happiest doing some yoga in the sunshine and getting stuck into a good book.
