    Description

This is a fantastic light and spacious house share, with a very friendly and welcoming group of 20 – 30’s. Convenient for Canary Wharf for work and leisure.

All rooms come with a bed and mattress, bedside table, desk, chair, double fronted mirror wardrobe, and a desk lamp.
The house was renovated recently and over half the rooms are ensuite so no long queues for the shower. The house is fully furnished with washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a lounge room with a TV, and there is also a good sized garden at the back of the house which benefits from lots of afternoon sun.

The house is a 8 minute walk to East India DLR where there is a large supermarket. It is also a 8 minute walk to Canning Town Underground station, and a 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf. There is a very large Pure gym that is also a short walk away.

    Co Living Services

For all of our houses we look for like minded, friendly, tidy, professionals in their 20s and 30s who are interested in meeting new friends. Our rooms are in high demand and we can be quite picky about who joins us! We want people who will fit in with the rest of the house so please do wear your best smile and friendly attitude when viewing!

With this communal feel of co-living in mind, if you sign a 12 month contract we will give you one free ‘room switch’ per year. I. e. free of charge (apart from difference in rent), and subject to what we have available, you can move to a different room in the same or different house at any point in your tenancy. Occasionally people like to do this so they can meet new people rather than due to problems – but the option is there for you.

We think charging fees for doing the basics is completely ridiculous and a warning sign to tenants that the agent is out to squeeze you for everything they can get. If you don’t find your new home with us, please think twice about paying fees elsewhere- it just encourages bad behaviour.
