    The house is professionally managed by the Landlord’s in house team so maintenance and other issues are solved quickly without an agent getting in the way.

    For all of our houses we look for like minded, friendly, tidy, professionals in their 20s and 30s who are interested in meeting new friends.   Our rooms are in high demand and we can be quite picky about who joins us!  We want people who will fit in with the rest of the house so please do wear your best smile and friendly attitude when viewing!

    With this communal feel of co-living in mind, if you sign a 12 month contract we will give you one free ‘room switch’ per year.  I. e. free of charge (apart from difference in rent), and subject to what we have available, you can move to a different room in the same or different house at any point in your tenancy.  Occasionally people like to do this so they can meet new people rather than due to problems – but the option is there for you.

    We think charging fees for doing the basics is completely ridiculous and a warning sign to tenants that the agent is out to squeeze you for everything they can get.  If you don’t find your new home with us, please think twice about paying fees elsewhere- it just encourages bad behaviour.

    Local Area:

    There is a large Asda supermarket a short walk away.

    You are a short distance from Mudchute Farm – which is one of the biggest inner city farms in Europe. Surprisingly relaxing!

    You are also 10 minutes walk to one of the biggest water sports centres on the Thames.

    A few minutes walk from the Greenwich Tunnel where you can walk under the Thames to Greenwich (Park, Observatory, Cutty Sark, Bars, Restaurants, Cinema)

    Transport:

    The house is extremely well connected to much of London.  It is Zone 2.  You are a short walk to the Docklands Light Railway at Island Gardens and Mudchute, which connects you to Canary Wharf, Bank, Tower Hill.

    You are seconds from a bus stop served by the following:

    135 (Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street, Shoreditch)
    277 (Canary Wharf, Hackney, Dalston)
    D3, D7 (Canary Wharf, Mile End, Wapping plus much more of east London)

    N550 (Night bus – Aldgate, Bank, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square)

    River Boat – Nearby is Mast House Terrace Pier where you can commute quickly and easily East and West along the river.
