The house is professionally managed by the Landlord’s in house team so maintenance and other issues are solved quickly without an agent getting in the way. 
 
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac and has been refurbished throughout. There’s a comfortable communal living area with TV, sofa, and a kitchen with cutlery and utensils supplied, including two fridges, washing machine and dryer. 
 
The house is extremely well connected to much of London.  It is Zone 2.  You are a short walk to the Docklands Light Railway at Mudchute which connects you to Canary Wharf, Bank, Tower Hill.

There a number of restaurants and eat out places just a few minutes away from the house, including a Chinese, Turkish, and an Indian restaurant, there is also a kebab place too
 
There is a large Asda supermarket that is a short distance away, and you are a short walk from Mudchute Farm - which is one of the biggest inner-city farms in Europe, which is surprisingly relaxing!

Located just a 10-minute walk from the house is also one of the biggest water sports centres on the Thames. Additionally, you are a 15 minutes walk to Greenwich Park via the Greenwich foot tunnel. 

The house is situated right next to the Masthouse Terrace, where you can catch a uberboat and sail to the south of the river, and also sail as far as West London

Sole use of the garage/parking bay is available by separate negotiation

All bills are included in the monthly rent, including superfast 70mbs internet, and also weekly cleanings of the communal areas in the house.

For all of our houses, we look for like-minded, friendly, tidy, professionals in their 20s and 30s who are interested in meeting new friends. We can be quite picky about who joins us! We want people who will fit in with the rest of the house so please do wear your best smile and friendly attitude when viewing!

With this communal feel of co-living in mind, if you sign a 12-month contract we will give you one free 'room switch' per year. I. e. free of charge (apart from the difference in rent), and subject to what we have available, you can move to a different room in the same or different house at any point in your tenancy. 

We have a dedicated in-house maintenance team that is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we also have a dedicated team of cleaners that visit the property on a weekly basis, ensuring that it is maintained to an extremely high standard

We also offer break clauses in all of our contracts, so if you feel the need to end your contract early then we would be able to accommodate this

We think charging fees for doing the basics is completely ridiculous and a warning sign to tenants that the agent is out to squeeze you for everything they can get.  If you don’t find your new home with us, please think twice about paying fees elsewhere- it just encourages bad behaviour.
