Canary Wharf is just a 15-minute walk! it is also a 5-minute walk to All Saints DLR station, which gives you easy access to Bank, Tower Gateway, Canary Wharf and much more. You are also just 15 minutes away from North Greenwich

Crisp Market Street is a 2-minute walk, this market offers various amenities including Co-op, Iceland's, Greggs, a number of market stalls, Chinese and Indian restaurants, library, post office and much more.

All bills are included in the monthly rent, including superfast 70mbs internet, and also weekly cleanings of the communal areas in the house.

With this communal feel of co-living in mind, if you sign a 12-month contract we will give you one free 'room switch' per year. I. e. free of charge (apart from the difference in rent), and subject to what we have available, you can move to a different room in the same or different house at any point in your tenancy. Occasionally people like to do this so they can meet new people rather than due to problems - but the option is there for you, it is a very straight forward process

We have a dedicated in-house maintenance team that is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we also have a dedicated team of cleaners that visit the property on a weekly basis, ensuring that it is maintained to an extremely high standard

We also offer break clauses in all of our contracts, so if you feel the need to end your contract early then we would be able to accommodate this

We think charging fees for doing the basics is completely ridiculous and a warning sign to tenants that the agent is out to squeeze you for everything they can get.  If you don’t find your new home with us, please think twice about paying fees elsewhere- it just encourages bad behaviour.
