This is a great flat in regards to location. A short 7-minute walk to the centre of Canary Wharf Crossrail and a stone’s throw away from Poplar Station (on the DLR Line), which gets you direct to Bank Station in around 25 minutes.
The property has 5 bedrooms, with 2 being ensuite. There are 2x loos with showers so you will feel as if you have your own bathroom. There is a large and well-equipped kitchen and dining area.
There is a gym and leisure that is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Crisp Market Street is also a short distance away, this market offers a variety amenities including Co-op, Iceland’s, Greggs, a number of market stalls, Chinese and Indian restaurants, library, post office, banks, and much more.
Please note: This is an ex-council flat – so although it has been fully renovated on the inside it still looks like an ex-council building from the outside. Most people are ok with this but there are always some who don’t like the idea.
Also note, the flat is located on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

We have a dedicated in-house maintenance team that is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we also have a dedicated team of cleaners that visit the property on a regular basis, ensuring that it is maintained to an extremely high standard
We also offer break clauses in all of our contracts, so if you feel the need to end your contract early then we would be able to accommodate this
