This is a large 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom house that has recently undergone renovation. It is in a highly desirable location with excellent transport links nearby. All bills are included in the monthly rent, including superfast 70mbs internet and also weekly cleanings of the communal areas in the house

The house is fully furnished with washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, brand new beds and mattresses, wardrobes, desks etc and a fully equipped kitchen. Four of the bedrooms are en-suite, with an additional shared shower room shared by the other two bedrooms; so definitely no queues for the shower in the morning!
 
The house is an 8-minute walk to South Quay DLR station, and from there it will take you just 2 minutes to arrive in the centre of Canary Wharf, from here you will have access to the Jubilee line, with London Bridge located just 3 stops away.

You are also able to walk to Canary Wharf, which would take you only 15 minutes to reach.
 
There is also a bus stop near the house, the buses pass through places like Mile End, Shoreditch, Poplar, as well as other places too, there is also a 24-hour bus that passes through Central London
 
There is an Asda supermarket located just a 7-minute walk from the house, and a Tesco express only 1 minute away. This house is situated right next to the River Thames too, so if you are looking for a peaceful place to contemplate and relax then you are in luck!

We also offer one free 'room switch' - free of charge (apart from the difference in rent), and subject to what we have available, you can move to a different room in the same or different house at any point in your tenancy. 

We also offer break clauses in all of our contracts, so if you feel the need to end your contract early then we would be able to accommodate this. Additionally, we have a dedicated in-house maintenance team that is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 

We think charging fees for doing the basics is completely ridiculous and a warning sign to tenants that the agent is out to squeeze you for everything they can get. If you don’t find your new home with us, please think twice about paying fees elsewhere- it just encourages bad behaviour.
